Director of Family Engagement & Support

Miranda serves as the Director of Family Support and Engagement for Growing Hope, bringing more than ten years of experience in child welfare systems change. She is known for her expertise in foster care, systems improvement, and data-informed decision-making. Previously, she led statewide performance and systems alignment initiatives for the South Carolina Department of Social Services, where she strengthened the strategic planning process.

She's dedicated to creating efficient systems that truly meet the needs of children in foster care and the families who care for them.

Outside the office, Miranda can usually be found experiencing a new city through food, enjoying the thrill of a roller coaster, or relaxing at home with her cats.
