Growing Home Southeast Inc. d.b.a. Growing Hope respects your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy applies to mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information collected for Growing Hope’s SMS/text messaging program.

Growing Hope may collect mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information from clients, caregivers, families, foster parents, tenants, referral partners, staff, and program participants who choose to receive service-related text messages from Growing Hope.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information are used only to send service-related text messages from Growing Hope. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling, service coordination, document follow-up, resource information, program participation updates, and other client, family, staff, or program-related communication.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving services. Individuals may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
